Our host Thanos went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, he exceeded all of our expectations, and then some! I have never met an Airbnb host that was so hospitable and helpful! He arranged a private shuttle pickup from the airport, met us at the drop off location and then along with another worker, they carried our 4 heavy bags to the apartment (we should have picked light!!) The one and only thing was that it was a little tricky at first to figure out how to get to the apartment through the windy alleys from the parking area, but with the help of pinning the location on google maps, we figured it out pretty quickly.
The apartment was tastefully decorated, very clean and new looking. Big comfortable bed, and a separate large closet/dressing area with an additional vanity. We had breakfast outside on the upper patio area, and the jacuzzi was clean and enjoyable.
Thanos was super helpful and we cannot be more thankful for his hospitality! He delivered the cutest and most delicious breakfast to us the next morning and was just so helpful with food/restaurant recommendations, making reservations for us, and just all around so great! He was also able to get same-day reservations for us for a sunset boat tour (which was so AMAZING and relaxing), as well as making last minute arrangements to rent an atv late at night (we needed it for sunrise the next morning). Our trip to Santorini would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for Thanos and our adorable cave apartment! Can’t wait to come back!
